To install unzip the file to a temporary folder and run setup.exe
To uninstall run setup.exe again

 Webman is a smart, integrated web publishing wizard. It transfers only new and updated files from your PC to your FTP server. Before transfering it checks and displays missing links (SRC or HREF) of HTML files.  After your website is updated Webman then sends a newsletter to the subscribers informing them of the changes made at the site.  It can update multiple ftp servers and keeps track of the changes made at each server.
